For large-scale design and construction works, we recommend consulting a Landscape architect or designer who we are happy to consult with.
For these projects, formal reports must be provided such as the site assessment and survey report including Soil reports and Underground utility services of all utility services and fixed property (including but not limited to water, sewer, drainage, power, and telephone services) at the site, including by providing a ‘dial before you dig’ report.
The Process
Step 1 - Consultation
A site visit will be conducted at your property to meet; and discuss the project requirements, ideas, and what is feasible in the locations. Our initial consultation will help us to determine exactly what should be done, and to provide an estimate of fees and timeline.
Step 2 - Project Estimate
An estimate is drafted outlining your requirements and the actual or anticipated costs of the landscape elements.
Step 3 - Finalization & Quotation
Once the proposal is agreed upon, we will provide you with a timeline for start and completion, and get to work preparing the project.
This is the stage during which we will procure the required materials, equipment, and trades for the job.Step 4 - Construction
The scheduled start date will be confirmed and work on-site will commence.
Where possible we aim to keep you informed of how the project is progressing and walk you through the landscape works when the project is finished.Step 5 - Handover & Maintenance
Your outdoor space is officially complete! If required, we will also put together a maintenance proposal to ensure your garden matures quickly and continues to look its best all year round.
